CO-OP introduces two new free iPhone Locator applications, allowing you to easily locate CO-OP Network ATMs and Shared Branch locations. See instructions for downloading below! Download from your iPhone: 1. On the bottom of your iPhone / iPod, touch the blue App Store icon 2. Touch “Search” and type in ‘CO-OP Financial’ 3. Icons for the CO-OP Network (ATMs) and Credit Union Service Centers (Shared Branches) will be displayed 4. Touch the icon to begin the download 5. In the popup box, enter your Apple password when prompted (you should already have one from registering your iPhone or iPod. This is for ID purposes only. You will NOT be charged for these apps!) 6. The app will download to your PC and your iPhone / iPod 7. Touch the icon and starting locating! Download from your computer: 1. Plug your iPhone or iPod Touch into your computer 2. Go to www.iTunes.com 3. Click on App Store (in the middle of the black bar below the Apple) 4. In the upper right corner (Search Store box), type in co-op financial and press enter. This will take you to the CO-OP Page! 5. Click on either logo (CO-OP Network for ATMs or Credit Union Service Centers for Shared Branches) 6. Click on Free App. In the popup box, enter your Apple Login information (you should already have one from registering your iPhone or iPod) This is for ID purposes only. You will NOT be charged for these apps! 7. The app will download to your PC and your iPhone / iPod 8. Touch the icon and starting locating! Gift Card Program Features Card Expiration Term - 24 months (the sponsor will maintain an inventory of cards to be available to agents so upon time of agent request for cards, some time may have elapsed on the expiration term) Minimum/Maximum Load - $10/$500 No ATM Access No PIN POS transactions Blocked Transactions - Hotel, Auto Rental and Gas “Pay At The Pump” Monthly Maintenance Fee - $3.00 per month beginning in the 7th month after card activation* Reissue Fee and Process - $10 Cardholder calls Metavante CSR and requests card to be statused L/S then directs cardholder to contact gift giver. Gift giver visits/calls CU to request replacement. CU calls Services Credit Union. After verification, Services Credit Union refunds outstanding balance minus $10 replacement fee. CU reissues card with remaining balance. *Card activated at time of purchase; $3.00 per month will be deducted from the card balance.  Remaining balance will be forfeited on the expiration date.  Reissue card is allowed before card expired.
