Gift Card Program Features
- Card Expiration Term - 24 months (the sponsor will maintain an inventory of cards to be available to agents so upon time of agent request for cards, some time may have elapsed on the expiration term)
- Minimum/Maximum Load - $10/$500
- No ATM Access
- No PIN POS transactions
- Blocked Transactions - Hotel, Auto Rental and Gas “Pay At The Pump”
- Monthly Maintenance Fee - $3.00 per month beginning in the 7th month after card activation*
- Reissue Fee and Process - $10
- Cardholder calls Metavante CSR and requests card to be statused L/S then directs cardholder to contact gift giver.
- Gift giver visits/calls CU to request replacement.
- CU calls Services Credit Union. After verification, Services Credit Union refunds outstanding balance minus $10 replacement fee.
- CU reissues card with remaining balance.
*Card activated at time of purchase; $3.00 per month will be deducted from the card balance. Remaining balance will be forfeited on the expiration date. Reissue card is allowed before card expired.
